The ISU and novel have been given out. Students now know what 705 of their mark is. The ISU based on the novel That Was Then, This Now is worth 30% of their final grade. There is no final exam in this class during "exam week", but there is an in-class test of the novel that must be written by all students.

The students have been told 705 of their final. The 30% remaining is made up of an anthology of writing and the work done on the play "Inherit the Wind".

The students now know 70% of their final grades and there is no student in the class who cannot still pass. The 30% of the grade remaining is composed mainly of the workbook for this class that they have been working on all semester.
